Homemade pork cracklin. I made these by baking a whole roast pork shoulder for about 3 hours skin side up. Then you let it cool for a lil bit and peel the skin off the roast and place on a piece of foil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lime juice, and roast alongside the roast until its nice and crispy.
